The Late Ann R. Williamson Davis, was born September 10, 1946. The second oldest daughter of Essie Davis and Maxie Williamson. She departed this life on May 10, 2024, with her family by her side. She grew up in Bucksport, S.C., and attended Victoria Chapel Holiness Church throughout her school years. She graduated from Whittemore High School in 1965.
After the death of her mother, she took on the task of helping raise her siblings. In 1982, she married Eunice Davis and moved to Shallotte, North Carolina. To this union one son was born, Eunice Orlanda Davis, the Apple of Her Eye.
In addition to her mother and father, Debra, Maxine, and Arnette preceded her to the grave. Ann leaves a lifetime of love and devotion to her son, Eunice Orlanda (Kelly) Davis, her surviving sisters: Caren (Willis) Williamson, Etor (Bill) Tobias of Conway, SC, and Claudia Mickle of Columbia, SC; two surviving brothers: Mackenzie (Ivory) Williamson, and Nathan (Rachel) Williamson; two step-grandchildren: Christopher Glenn and Matthew Glenn, three step-children: Merle Daniels, Trisha Davis, and Otis Hill. A heartfelt thank you to a special niece, Karen Sherman, who she looked on as a daughter, who helped in her time of crisis, and a host of sorrowing nephews, nieces, and other loving relatives and friends.
