Demettrice Holloway was born on July 12, 1979 in Fort Lauderdale, Florida to Linda F. Holloway and the late David Tisdale.
Demettrice was educated in the Broward County School systems. He graduated from Fort Lauderdale High School in June 1998.
Growing up Demettrice was affectionately known as MeMe. Later as a young man known as D.
Demettrice relocated to South Carolina with his mother, Linda in 2001.Demettrice was known for his willingness to help others, his big heart and big smile. He was playful, he loved a good joke and was a prankster. His favorite hobby was playing video games with his friends and he enjoyed listening to music.
He cherished his family and friends more than anything.
Demettrice was employed at North Beach Plantation in North Myrtle Beach, SC. He loved his job and his colleagues.
God called his angel, home to his eternal resting place on Tuesday, April 20, 2021.
Demettrice was preceded in death by his father, David Tisdale and grandfather, Abraham Holloway.
He leaves to cherish in his memory, his mother, Linda Faye Holloway (South Carolina); sister, Linda Latasha Holloway (Fort Lauderdale);
grandmother, Doris Holloway (Fort Lauderdale); Aunt, Bonnie Bellamy (South Carolina) and a host of cousins, nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles
and friends who will miss him greatly.
