Grace Madison Long

Grace Madison Long, born May 25, 2006, left this life July 29, 2025. She knew no fear; loved watching The Vampire Diaries, videos on makeup, buying clothes and shoes, playing jokes on others, and was always in constant motion.

Left to remember Grace as the loving, laughing, friendly, frustrating, daredevil, drama-making, cat- and dog-loving, beautiful, smart, always-in-motion young lady she was are: her mother, Karen, Florence, SC; older brother, Justice, Nashville, TN; older sister, Jennifer Gwen (fiancé Payton Hodges), Florence, SC; younger brother, Graham, Florence, SC; grandmother, Glenda Long, Salisbury, NC; uncles and aunts, Fred and Mary Long, Cleveland, NC; Andy and Gayla Long, Salisbury, NC; and cousins Amanda (Matt), Jeff (Brandi), Eli, Abe (Ariana), Madison, Calleigh, and Skylar.

Preceding her in death was her beloved Pop Pop, Fred D. Long, Jr., Salisbury, NC.

Grace attended Florence One Schools and All Saints Anglican Church. She worked at various fast food places in Florence, SC, and Conway, SC.

A service to celebrate Grace’s life will be held Saturday, August 2nd at 11:00 AM at All Saints Anglican Church, 1425 Cherokee Road, Florence, SC.

A reception will follow the service in the church’s fellowship hall, during which the family will receive friends.
