Mr. Keith Alton Mayo, son of the late Freddy Mayo, Sr and Della Chestnut Mayo, was born May 5, 1953 in Conway, South Carolina. On Sunday, January 31, 2021 a quiet spirit went to received his Heavenly Reward.
He graduated from Horry County Public Schools. He was converted and joined Oak Grove Baptist Church, Conway, SC at an early age.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two brothers: Freddy Mayo, Jr and Gilbert Mayo, Sr and one sister, Evelyn Mayo.
His memories will be cherished by a loving sister, Lula Plenty (Russell) of Kileen, Texas; a sister-in-law, Nedra Mayo of Conway, SC; one niece, Stephanie Reed (Mike) of Rock Hill, SC; three nephews: Gilbert Mayo, Jr and Cedric Mayo of Rock Hill, SC, Corey Mayo of Kileen Texas; a host of great nieces and nephews: Shekayla Benning (Draiper Jackson) of Conway, SC, Page Benning Smith (Travis) of Rock Hill, SC, Tamarri Mayo of Atlanta, Georgia, Nakia Black of Conway, SC, Michael Mayo of Myrtle Beach, SC, Stephen Mayo of Myrtle Beach, SC, Mathew Mayo of Myrtle Beach, SC and countless other relatives and friends.
