On September 7, 2020 the heavenly gates opened wide and welcomed our loved one, Lila Mae Brown to eternal rest. "Lil Lila" as she was affectionately known, was a devoted mother, wife, sister, aunt, niece and friend.

She was employed at Bucksport Head Start as a teacher's aide. She was a housekeeper in Myrtle Beach, SC for over twenty years until her health started declining. Lila gave her life to Christ at an early age, where she was a devoted member of Salem A.M.E. Church where she served on the missionary committee. Lila enjoyed cooking and spending time with family. Lila's favorite song was "Let it Rain".
