Linda Sherman

Linda “Darnell” Sherman was born December 31st, 1956, to the late Ethel Pino and Arthur Frazier, in Bucksport, SC. She passed away January 19, 2022, at MUSC in Charleston, SC.

She attended Horry County Schools and graduated of class of 1977 of Conway High School. She spent many years working at Seamist Resort and retired from Compass Cove Resort in 2021. She was a hardworking, loving and devoted family woman who loved her children and grandchildren.

She is preceded by her husband Tyrone Sherman, Mother Ethel Pino, Father Arthur Frazier, siblings Dorthy Mae, Robert Sr., Ethel Mae, Ned, and Fred Pino, Velma Moore and Son Roman Sherman. Linda’s memories will be cherished by her children: Tiffany, Tyrone Jr, and Porsha Sherman. Grandchildren Jashaun and Tyrone III Sherman and Penelope Hazzard, Siblings: Wendell “Winnie Boy” Pino, Lindell Sherman, Edith P Sumpter all of Bucksport. Daughter-in-law Shynetra Sherman and Brother-in-law Lloyd Sherman. Special niece Claudette Sherman-Brockington. A host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
