Patricia Johnson

Sister Patricia “Cricket” Johnson, daughter of the late Georgia Pickett Johnson and William Johnson was born on May 22, 1963 in Horry County, South Carolina.   She departed this life February 2, 2020. She was also preceded in death by her brother Anthony.

Patricia attended the Horry County Public Schools. She retired from Blue Cross Blue Shields as a Customer Service Assistant.  Patricia was a dedicated caregiver to her grandmother Nellie Holmes Johnson. 

Patricia leaves to cherish a loving and devoted daughter, Kathryn Huston of Guam; sister, Jacqueline Johnson of Oxford, Ohio; aunts: Nellie Johnson Perkins and Eunice Johnson, Rochester, New York, Elizabeth Knox and Varnier Pickett, Murrells Inlet, SC and Evelyn Singleton, Suitland, Maryland; uncles, Ellis Johnson and Eddie Johnson, Myrtle Beach, SC, George Pickett Jr, Raymond Pickett, Michael Pickett of Murrells Inlet, SC  In addition, Kenneth Johnson (Sweden) and Linda Carol Porchea (deceased) who grew up like brothers and sisters with Patricia; her siblings: Consulla Smith (Arthur), Aloysius Timmy Thomas (Suzette).  She also leaves a host of dedicated cousins and other relatives and friends.
