William “ Daddy Bill” Vaughn Tobias was born on March 23, 1956, in Phoenixville Pennsylvania. He passed away on August 26, 2025, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, with his loving wife, Etor Tobias by his side. Bill was a devoted husband, son, brother, father, grandfather, and friend who will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Bill was preceded in death by his grandparents, Grandville and Mildred Miller, his father; Clyde L. Tobias; and three stepbrothers, Albert Pawlik,Frank Pawlik and Leon Pawlik.
He is survived by his wife, Etor Tobias; his daughter, Tracy Tobias; his mother: Constance and stepfather George Giemont, his sister, Annamarie Hernandez (Luis); his brother, Clyde Tobias; and his step siblings, David Giemont (Kathy), Michael Giemont and Patricia Giemont (Michael).
A hard-working man, Bill was employed as an assembler at Visteon Electronics in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, before moving to South Carolina in 2001. After relocating, he continued his career at Glendinning Product as a machine operator, where he met his beloved wife, Etor, and remained until his passing. Bill loved his family deeply and a passion for fishing that brought him peace and happiness throughout his life.
Bill was blessed with a large extended family that brought him great joy. He is lovingly remembered by his stepchildren; Brian (Kristin) Staniszewski, Fred Burroughs, Terrence(Delila)Burroughs, Mashandia A Ben Elohim (Abijah), and Victoria Staniszewski. He also leaves behind eight grandchildren; Ethan (Raylene) Hunt, Endege’ Platt, Kahreem (Destyni) Bellamy, Queen- Kamile Bellamy, Sammie Burroughs, Xzavier Burroughs, Nevaeh Burroughs, and King Burroughs. And 3 great grandchildren; Uzziah, Elijah, and Jamila. Who will carry his loving memory forward with love and pride.
In his final days, his grandson Sammie Burroughs provided loving caring and comfort. Bill is also remembered by his in-laws: Caren Williamson, Claudia Mickle, Nathan Williamson, and Mckenzie Williamson.
Bill’s legacy of love, strength, and devotion will live on in the hearts of those who knew him. Though he is no longer with us, the memories he created will remain cherished forever.
